ADOC SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 ADOC’S REMUNERATION POLICY
ADOC is committed to providing fair, competitive, and compliant compensation in line with the UAE Federal Decree
Law No. (33) of 2021 (UAE Labor Law). Our remuneration framework ensures that all employees are rewarded
appropriately for their roles, responsibilities, and contributions to the organization. This policy reflects ADOC’s dedication
to fostering a supportive and rewarding workplace, recognizing both performance and long-term commitment.
• A basic salary with various allowances is provided to all of our employees, depending on their position within the
organization. For instance, junior employees are eligible for housing allowances and overtime payments, whereas
senior executives receive a management allowance in recognition of their leadership responsibilities.
• To acknowledge long-term service, ADOC awards a long-term bonus to all employees who have completed 10,
20, 25, or 30 years with the company. This bonus is granted during the anniversary month of their employment
as a token of appreciation for their dedication.
• For all UAE Nationals employed with us at ADOC, we contribute to their pensions throughout their employment.
Additionally, in accordance with the UAE Labor Law, all employees leaving employment with ADOC are entitled
to gratuity payment, calculated based on their salary and length of service.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
At ADOC, we have annual performance reviews in place for all the employees, the GM and members of the committee
of managers from each of the departments. These are carried out through a combination of self-assessments and
management reviews. This review then forms the basis for the training needs analysis exercise as part of the Annual
Training Plan. Every year, a training schedule is shared with all the departments based on ADOC’s Training Needs Analysis
Protocol.
HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOR PRACTICES
At ADOC, we uphold and promote fundamental human rights and fair labor practices across our operations and supply
chain. ADOC supports the principles of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These principles prohibit discrimination,
forced work against workers’ rights and child labor, and eliminating security measures that infringe on human rights.
Human rights reviews have therefore been conducted for all of our operations.
We are committed to:
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace
• Prohibiting all forms of forced, bonded or child labor
• Respecting the rights of all employees
• Providing fair compensation, reasonable working hours, and access to grievance mechanisms
We strive to comply with all the labor laws in the UAE, where we operate, in order to provide fair employment
opportunities to both employees as well as job applicants. We also try our best to maintain a workplace free from any
kind of discrimination and harassment. We are opposed to all forms of slavery, exploitation, and child labor. No incidents
of discrimination were reported by ADOC during 2024.
To prevent any inequalities in the workplace, ADOC has a robust Code of Conduct that every employee and Contractor
2
must abide by. ADOC’s Code of Conduct outlines the rules, responsibilities, and core principles of the organization
with the purpose of upholding standards for acceptable behavior within the Company and outside within wider society.
The Code of Conduct document outlines the initiatives required to implement the corporation vision in practice, as well
as the ethical guidelines that members of the ADOC organization should uphold.
