OUR EMPLOYEES


            At ADOC, we prioritize the human aspect of sustainability, emphasizing the growth and well-being of our employees. As
            of December 2024, ADOC consisted of 161 employees (140 male and 21 female) and 623 contractor staff (604 male
            and 19 female), bringing the total workforce supporting ADOC's operations in the UAE to 784 personnel.  The majority   ADOC SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024
            (73%) of contractor staff are employed in the OP department. There was no fluctuation in the number of employees in
            2024 or between 2023 and 2024.
