            In addition, to enhance the employability and develop the existing Emirati workforce at ADOC, we have implemented a
            Competency Based Training (CBT) program for both technical and non-technical disciplines.  In 2024, 3 employees were
            trained as part of the CBT program, i.e. 5% of the total Emirati workforce.
