ADOC SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024 EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
At ADOC, continuous learning and professional growth are integral to our organizational success. We provide a range
of development opportunities aimed at expanding both the personal and professional capabilities of our workforce.
Furthermore, ADOC provides flexible work schedules and study leave to staff who wish to continue their education.
To ensure that employee development aligns with organizational objectives and operational requirements, ADOC
undertakes a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis exercise annually. This systematic process forms the foundation of
our Annual Training Plan, ensuring that training initiatives are relevant, targeted, and impactful.
Throughout 2024, ADOC facilitated a comprehensive suite of external and in-house trainings, seminars, conferences, and
