ADOC SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024  LOCAL HIRING AND EMIRATIZATION GOALS




                   In line with the UAE government's Emiratization  program and SCFEA/  ADNOC
                   requirements, ADOC has established a robust system to support the employment and
                   development of Emirati nationals. We had a five-year manpower plan (2019-2023) to
                   increase the number of Emirati Nationals within our organization each year.

                   At the end of 2024, ADOC had 57 UAE nationals which makes up for 35% of our total
                   workforce. We will continue to actively participate in career fairs and recruitment events
                   to attract talented Emirati graduates and professionals.
