Our Annual HSE Awards ceremony was held on 13 December 2024 at Mubarraz Island. These awards are our
way of recognizing and motivating the achievements, performance and execution of innovative HSE initiatives of
our employees or departments. In total, 115 Group HSE Award applications were received and evaluated in 2024.

               AUDITING AND INSPECTIONS

In 2024, ADOC conducted the annual internal audit of the HSEMS. Each department is responsible for developing and
implementing specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) action plans to address the findings
from the audit, with progress tracked via the EASI.Doc system. The HSE Department monitors and reviews the close-out
of corrective actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
               Leadership Site Visits and Inspections

Leadership engagement remains a cornerstone of ADOC’s HSE strategy. Throughout 2024, HSE Leadership Site Visits and
inspections were regularly conducted by site management to reinforce HSE priorities and drive continual improvement.
All matters raised during these visits were addressed and closed. Additionally, executive leadership, including the General
Manager, participated in high-level site visits to key operational areas, underscoring our top-level commitment to safety
               and performance.

               ADNOC HSEMS Audit

ADOC’s compliance with ADNOC’s five-year HSEMS audit cycle is central to our governance framework. The last
audit was completed by ADNOC Group Health, Safety and Environment Function (GHSEF) in 2022, with all findings
incorporated into an Action Tracking Register, detailing SMART corrective actions agreed upon by all departments.
Progress is regularly monitored and reported to ADNOC GHSEF, ensuring full alignment with ADNOC’s expectations
               and international best practices.
