conditions. In 2024, we recorded zero fatalities and we remain steadfast in ensuring this safety record is maintained in
the future as well. Unfortunately, one Lost time Injury (LTI) and three Total Recordable Injuries (TRIs) were reported in
2024 among our employees and contractor staff. We conduct thorough incident investigations to identify and analyse root ADOC SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024
causes that can help us prevent similar incidents in the future.
YEAR FATALITY NUMBER OF LTIs NUMBER OF TRIs
2020 0 3 5
2021 0 1 2
2022 0 0 5
2023 0 3 4
2024 0 1 3
We actively encourage all our employees to report the near misses and other safety observations they encounter during
their work. To facilitate this, ADOC has implemented a Safety Observation Card (SOC) reporting since 2018 and all the
departments are encouraged to submit a greater number of SOCs.
3000 DAYS WITHOUT LOST-TIME INJURIES
In 2024, ADOC field office marked a significant health and safety achievement by completing 3000 consecutive
days without a Lost-time injury (LTI).
This milestone reflects ADOC’s steadfast commitment to cultivating a strong safety culture, implementing robust
risk mitigation measures, and ensuring that all employees and contractors operate in a secure, well-managed
environment. Through rigorous training, continuous awareness programs, and strict adherence to HSE protocols,
ADOC has built a workplace where safety is prioritized at every level.
