HSSE COMMITTEE
We have established an HSSE Committee at ADOC, that reports to the General Manager, to ensure adequate
communication, engagement, involvement, and consultation with our employees concerning occupational health and ADOC SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024
safety, environment and process safety issues. HSSE Committee meetings are conducted every quarter to review HSSE
performance and KPI achievements.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
ADOC actively engages a range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, regulators, and partners, using
various communication channels. The company plans to enhance these interactions by implementing a formal vendor
management system. Regulatory and operational communications are managed by dedicated departments to ensure
compliance and operational alignment with ADNOC and Environment Agency-Abu Dhabi (EAD).
